Spanish Style home on a one acre parcel. Through the lower part of the yard, pathways meander around the 100 year old oak tree in its natural setting with a large turf play area. We created steps up to the deck area, and built a large retaining wall to create a below grade, 20’ x 12’ x 8’ high wine cellar. Steel decking above the block walls enabled us to inlay 1,500 sq ft of brick decking and build a dark Brazilian Stain patio structure next to the pool.
