Fullerton Residence

This job was a complete remodel of the front and rear yard. We started from bare earth and installed extensive drainage and irrigation systems. Then we installed a 9,000 sq ft custom driveway consisting of colored concrete banding and interlocking pavers. Light pilasters, retaining walls and seat walls were accented with slate, and a custom fountain was installed at the entrance to the house.

The rear yard was also completely remodeled from bare earth. We installed colored concrete with a sandblast finish coordinated with the pool remodel (by outside contractor). Royer Landscape installed planters and seat walls covered with slate, as well as a 17' BBQ island with burners and a large BBQ. We also built a 1,200 sq ft Patio Trellis to shade the BBQ island
